1. General TermsBy placing an order on Vinsta.me, you acknowledge and agree to all terms of this Refund Policy. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy before placing an order to ensure you are aware of any changes.
2. Nature of Digital ServicesAll services provided on Vinsta.me are digital and non-tangible. Once an order is completed and delivery has begun, no refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Crypto, etc.). By purchasing a service, you accept that digital services are non-refundable once delivered.
3. EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)If you are a consumer based in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. By placing an order on Vinsta.me, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has started or delivery has been initiated.
4. Refunds to Account Balance OnlyRefunds for valid claims (e.g., system errors, failure to deliver) will be issued only to your Vinsta.me account balance. These funds can be used to place future orders on the platform. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided unless there is a critical technical failure on our part that completely prevents service delivery.
5. Non-Refundable ScenariosNo refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
• Incorrect link/username submitted by the customer.
• Target account set to private or restricted at the time of order.
• Duplicate or overlapping orders placed for the same link.
• Customer changed username, deleted post/account during processing.
• Estimated delivery times not met (delays are not grounds for a refund).
• Customer changed their mind and no longer wants the service after it has been delivered.
6. Chargebacks and DisputesBy completing a payment, you agree not to dispute transactions or request chargebacks for any reason. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, Vinsta.me reserves the right to:
• Immediately cancel all current and future orders.
• Permanently ban your account and associated IP addresses.
• Remove all delivered services (followers, likes, views, etc.).
• Report your activity to global anti-fraud and SMM panel databases.
7. Drop & Refill GuaranteeSocial media platforms may remove followers/likes/views due to algorithm changes. If the purchased service includes a “Refill Guarantee” in its description, Vinsta.me will refill the lost quantity free of charge within the specified guarantee period. If the service is marked as “No Refill,” no refunds or refills will be provided for drops.
8. Requesting a RefundTo request a refund or file a claim, contact support at
support@vinsta.me with your order ID and a detailed explanation. All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion.
